Frisco Emergency Pet Care is an independently owned emergency hospital, and we are continuing to grow!
Are you bored with being a glorified animal holder, instead of using your talent and training? Having the same housetraining and heartworm discussions, day-in and day-out? Wellness is a critical part of overall medical care, but it isn’t what we do – we heal the sick and tend the wounded. If you like being busy, in a fast-paced environment with adrenaline in the air, there’s your sign – you should be in emergency medicine.
Frisco Emergency Pet Care depends on highly skilled employees devoted to our patients and their owners.
Most veterinary practices see employees as an expense. We value our employees and view payroll and the large health insurance bill (all full-time team members are eligible for health insurance) as investments.
For full-time veterinarians, we offer a generous compensation package including competitive wages, state & DEA license fees, AVMA, VECCS, and VIN memberships; a generous CE allowance; insurance benefits, and paid vacation time. We are not hiring full-time veterinarians at this time.
All of our team receive paid-time-off (PTO) and differential pay (extra money for overnight and weekend shifts, even more for weekend overnights).
If you are an emergency veterinarian, or an emergency veterinary technician, and would like to join our team, please fill out the FEPC Application for Employment, and send your résumé by email. If you are a technician in general practice but would like to expand your experience, we’re looking for you, too! Please send your résumé!
